Epic Peru Retreat

Join us for a remarkable once-in-a-lifetime week in Peru.

Peru is an incredibly sacred, special place and I’ve taken the time to scout out the connections and resources that will work best for our like-minded urban tribe.

This retreat is specifically designed to explore the mystery of local resources indigenous to Peru. The Sacred Valley has been celebrated as a place of high spiritual activation + resonance for thousands of years.

  • 7 night stay at the exquisite Sach’a Munay retreat center in the sacred valley
  • 2 ayahuasca ceremonies with female shaman/maestro (that we are literally flying in from the jungle) + assisted lectures, integration, support by expert facilitator, Carolina Dowell
  • daily meditations, processes, practices, integration
  • all meals: high vibing, super nutritive food
  • optional Machu Picchu add-on trip where we will continue with meditations to soak in juju of the sacred ancient vortex
  • endless love, attention, support + connection to heart tribe of incredible, hand-picked, like-minded people

The valley at the foot of the Andes mountains is considered to be the feminine axis to the planet (with the Himalayas being the masculine.)

Whether or not that means anything to you intellectually, there’s no question, being in the space of those healing mountains is like a soul detox. We’re inherently enlivened and changed.

I’ve found a spectacularly special retreat center, at the foot of a sacred mountain. (Think: hikes to a waterfall, many oneness processes that facilitate connection + healing, fantastic, nourishing food, light yoga, sweat lodge (!), massages available- just basic awesomeness all around.)

Now the uber mystic: the retreat will center around two experiences with Ayahuasca, a powerful indigenous plant medicine touted for thousands of years for it’s incredible magical powers.

Ayahuasca can be incredibly mind/life opening and tremendously healing, but it is NO JOKE.

I do not claim to be an expert, although I’ve had several experiences, and so for this trip, I have organized something very unique:

We are flying in a maestra from the jungle, so this is authentic as it gets. In addition, I am partnering with Carolina Dowell who has worked with the medicine in hundreds of ceremonies for many years. Carolina will give talks on Ayahuasca beforehand as well as facilitate during and after, on site.

I would never put my business and reputation, not to mention the well being and process of those I love, on the line unless I could be absolutely certain we create a safe and sacred container for this deep work.

This is not to be taken lightly and a *requisite* for acceptance on this trip is a phone call with me to make sure attendees are of sound body and mind.

Please note: the Aya ceremonies are not a must. There will be plenty to do and process and participate in, if someone wants to enjoy the magic of Peru and not work with the plant medicine. You may follow your intuition at the moment, even on site.

The intention of this retreat is for a mind-blowing, life altering experience with deep cleansing, healing + lighting up that love/spirit within. This is the sort of retreat/vacay, where you will return forever changed + lit up.

Logistics:

We have the retreat center from Monday Nov 9th-Sunday Nov 15th. Please note, the closest airport is Cuzco, and we will arrange transport to the Sacred Valley.

The cost of the one week retreat is $1750 and includes all food, lodging + ceremonies. Once accepted, a $500 deposit holds your space and payment plans can be worked out over the course of the next several months, by check, credit card or Paypal.

For those that need to get back to work they can depart Nov 15th, there is an optional additional 2 day excursion with our guide to Machu Picchu: $350, all transport, ticket, hotels, paid to guide directly + you may depart evening of the 17th or anytime the 18th. (If staying overnight to the 18th, hotel expenses are yours for that evening.)

We have an incredible local guide, Alain set up who is expertly well-versed in all things Sacred Valley + Machu Picchu and a beautiful soul.

All international flights fly through the main city of Lima and the vast majority land in the evening. So likely, the 8 hour flight (or 2 flights) from mainland Stateside should depart Saturday Nov 14th. (We can figure out overnight lodging in Lima, there is an expensive, but nice, hotel right at the airport and much cheaper lodgings directly in the city of Lima.)

It might be cheaper to book ticket to Lima and separate flight to Cuzco on a local airline. LAN Airlines is most expensive but reliable. I have flown Star Peru and Peruvian airlines and both were same quality as any North American brand, but did experience delay on one flight.

More on Carolina here:

Carolina first started working with Ayahuasca in 2010. After her first ceremony she knew that she had found her teacher, and in 2011 she made her first journey to Peru to work with Shipibo healers. Her experiences were so profound that she decided to make a big life change and move to the jungle. She spent the next few years working closely with the medicine and other plant dietas. For 2 years she facilitated at the Temple of The Way of Light, where she supported and helped guide others on their medicine journey. Carolina now lives in the Sacred Valley of Peru with her partner and beautiful daughter. After becoming a mother she now feels called to share the medicine again and is looking forward to holding space for women.
